Hi, I’m Chase! I’ve always believed that hair is so much more than superficial. Hair is a form of self expression, bearing our souls to the outside world. Whether your goal is bold, vivid color, a fresh cut, or learning to embrace your curls, my mission is to make you feel like your most authentic self and unleash the goddess within. Healthy hair will always be my priority and I’m passionate about helping my clients understand their hair and how to take care of it— no matter their pattern! Whether that means creating a brand new take-home routine or just altering a current one, I will always provide education towards healthy hair. Aside from making sure your hair is in tip top shape, my jam is vivid color and bold haircuts. I’m all about client collaboration and creating a work of art together. I strive to hold a safe space for my clients to find a look that resonates with them through open and clear communication. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me cuddled up with my dogs, reading a romance novel, searching for my next favorite coffee shop, watching horror movies, listening to bands from the 90s, or spending way too much money at theme parks. Cancellation & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total using the card on file. No-Shows: Guests who failed to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Consultation guests who fail to arrive without notice will be charged a $20 no-show fee. Late Arrivals: A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand the unexpected delays happen, and communication is always appreciated. Guets who arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting me will be charged a $20 late fee. Depending on the remaining appointment time, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled to ensure I stay on schedule for the rest of my guests. Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but maybe used to process cancellation, no-show, or late fees in accordance with the policies above.
